A little about us

For more than 23 years, my husband Steven and I owned and operated a successful construction business on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. During this time, we lived part-time in the beautiful state of Vermont, where we bought and sold land, condos and homes throughout Vermont. In 1999 we made Warren, Vermont our permanent home. In 2005 I launched my real estate career and began to share my passion for real estate with clients in the market for a new home, commercial property or for their own piece of Vermont’s beautiful landscape.

As a real estate professional, I joined my local, state and national Realtor® associations. These professional memberships gave me the opportunity to participate in the association’s advocacy efforts, all aimed at ensuring that the dream of home ownership is available to everyone in our great state and nation. In 2010-2011 I served as President of the Vermont Commercial Board of Realtors® (VCBOR), and was named Realtor® of the Year for VCBOR in 2011. In 2014, I was the President of Vermont Realtors®. From 2010-2016, I served as a Federal Political Coordinator for Vermont Realtors®. In this position, I worked as a liaison between Vermont Realtors® and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders on issues important to Vermont home owners. I also managed the association’s Federal Political Coordinators who work with the other members of Vermont’s congressional delegation. I currently serve as a National Association of Realtors® Director on the Vermont Realtors® Board of Directors.

I hold professional designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Resort and Second Home Specialist, and Pricing Strategies Analyst. I have also achieved my NAR Commitment to Excellence endorsement. These designations give me important insights into market trends and help better represent my clients. In 2013, I became a real estate instructor, providing classes in negotiation, commercial real estate best practices, the Realtor® Code of Ethics, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, and more.

In 2015 I purchased Sugarbush Village Condos & Properties, a property management venture located at the base of Sugarbush Resort. We provide beautiful rental condos and townhouses for visitors enjoying the Mad River Valley.

When I am not helping my clients navigate their real estate transaction, I enjoy golfing, cooking, art, antiques and all types of music.
